Here, grapes are harvested exclusively by hand, and the winery uses a gravity-flow system to preserve the delicate aromas and flavors of the fruit. The specially designed two-level structure allows red grape fermentation and white grape pressing to take place on the upper floor, while the tanks for aging rest below. The winery’s flagship Lugana DOC is renowned for its floral and citrus bouquet, notes of green apple and pear, and a subtle nutty finish.
