Le Vin De Blaise Rouge Cuvée Marguerite 2018 is a medium-bodied wine that thrives on its combination of crunchy black fruits that combine with aromas of licorice, spices and tannins that give it an acidity and freshness surprising for this region. In the bottle, it shows less color intensity than one would expect from the sandy scrubland. You almost think you are looking at a Côtes-du-Rhône aged in Burgundy. The winemaking is quite classic: barely crushed whole grapes, cement barrels, quick blending and aging for six to nine months in stainless steel barrels.
Stephanie Rougnon

The Le Vin De Blaise winery is located in the southeastern Côtes-du-Rhône. The vines grow here on a perfect soil of sand, clay and pebbles. The winery is completely connected to its region and its tradition.
