The Indio from the Cantine Bove winery is a velvety-spicy juggernaut made from 90% Montepulciano and 10 % Cabernet Sauvignon. In the glass it shows itself in a deep dark carmine spot with brownish reflexes. Melting plum jam with rum pot romance reveals itself in the nose. Following Hints of coffee beans, chocolate muffin, a bit of raw meat and blanched spinach. It hugs the palate wonderfully soft, red-fruity and dark herbaceous. It unwinds a flavor composition of blueberry, a few drops of pomegranate syrup with light red acid, a little vanilla pod, vegetable notes of parsnip and dark organic cocoa powder. This combination goes wonderfully with black pudding, braised meat and seared meat, because all toasted notes are optimally absorbed.
