In the glass, the Prosecco shows a white-golden appearance with silvery reflections, a fine yeast cloudiness and a lively perlage. The nose shows a mixture of yeasty fragrance and pure freshness. Honeydew melon, carambola, quince compote and lots of yellow fruit of apple and pear are clearly perceived. In addition, there are aromas of freshly baked yeast plaits with butter and honey. On the palate, the wine unfolds a very structured image with a cool yeasty structure. There is nothing more refreshing on a hot summer day. It goes particularly well with sorrel, butter and pear. Another insider tip is the Valdobbiadene with trout, roasted endive salad, pomelo and Beurre Blanc. Or with with fried prawns and cherry tomatoes on tagliolini.
